About Me

Born in Naarm (Melbourne) and based in Bali, Photius Drakos is a documentary photographer and visual storyteller whose work explores the relationship between people, place, and memory. Working between Greece, Indonesia, and beyond, his approach is rooted in quiet observation, local folklore, and the atmospheres that define a sense of place.

He completed his studies at the Photographic Imaging College in Naarm in 2011.

His work has been published internationally and he has worked with clients across editorial, cultural, and commercial fields, including Vice/Noisey, The Guardian, Hypebeast, Fujifilm, Sony Music, and G-Shock.
